The Elegance line trees (Palm Beach, Stuttgart, Welli, Lexington, Elkton, Adelaide) are made in France by l'Arçonnerie Française which is one of the oldest tree maker in the world. We offer a 5 year warranty on these wood trees from the production year. The Blue Infinite tree has a lifetime warranty.
We offer a 3 months warranty on the fitting of our panels from the reception of your saddle (only applicable on new custom saddles), as well as a 2 year warranty on the leather (from production year).

The production time for a new custom saddle is 10 to 12 weeks on average from the day payment was collected. You will receive an email with the ETA of your saddle once the order has been confirmed.
The estimated delivery date will be communicated to you once your order has been confirmed. If you have not received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam folder and/or contact your local saddle expert. Once your saddle is ready you will receive a call or an email from our office. They will confirm delivery address with you and collect remaining balances. Your saddle will ship shortly after.
A tracking number will be communicated to you by email once your order has shipped. Please note new saddles are shipping directly from France and shipping times can vary depending on customs.
The invoice should automatically be sent to you once your order is placed. If you have not received it, please contact your local Saddle Expert
RETURNS/cancellations

All our saddles are custom made to you and your horse. Therefore, we invite you to contact your local Saddle Expert to schedule a free fitting at your barn. They will offer you to try multiple models depending on your preferences and fit the saddle to yours and your horse's morphology.
For used saddles, we invite your to visit our "Used saddles" section. You will be redirected to our Equitack website and will be able to purchase a used saddle online directly. For added expert advice on the fit of your used saddle, we recommand reaching out to your local Saddle Expert that will still be able to come to you, take measurements and find you the perfect used saddle.
